How to Use the Estate, Corporate, Succession and Legacy Toolkit

Access the forms for free by downloading them from the Villeneuve Financial Consulting website.
There are two documents:

To open and fill out the forms, you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Visit https://get.adobe.com/reader to download for free.
You may be asked to create a free Adobe account.

Open the PDF files in Adobe Acrobat Reader (not in your internet browser).
Complete the fields throughout the form by typing into each section.
If you have more than 4 corporations to list, download and fill out additional copies of the Additional Corporate Section Form.

When you’re finished, click “File” and then “Save As.”
Save the document to a secure folder on your computer (for example, “Estate Planning”).
Name the file clearly so it’s easy to locate later.

These documents contain private information. Do not share them by email or upload them to public folders.
Store them in a secure location on your computer or print and place them in a locked file.
Let someone you trust know where the documents are saved so they can be accessed if needed.
